Downloads and other Grant Application Resources

BCF’s grant application process is quite thorough.  Our process has two aims: to provide access to funding for groups and causes striving to improve life in Bermuda; and also to develop a good database of nonprofit and civic work that can attract philanthropic investment.  Grantseekers will find that the first time through the process may be challenging but future processes will build on that initial work.

We believe it is helpful for grantseekers to gather the following information in anticipation of submitting a grant:

  • Nonprofit or company registration #’s
  • Documentation on your organisational or programme activities, goals and intended outcomes
  • Programme strategy
  • Financials and budgets
  • Lists of Board members, paid staff, key volunteers and their credentials
  • Board of Directors (including their position on Board and frequency of meetings; committee members
